6.
CHIP REPORT - Keith
In
November we decided to not have chips fund as a separate account and
just show as part of the general fund.
Years
10-25 were ordered 10 of each as meetings have been ordering 2-3 of
the higher years at a time.
Keith
has been paying the shipping cost so it is not reflected in our cost.
We are marking up the chips 33% so markup is covering expenses.
7.

Warrenton,
OR meeting sent check for $50 part of which went for chips and the
balance as a donation of $15.80.

to be contacted re camping - make your own reservations
10. Web report: Mike B.
Is looking into
redesigning our web site. Wants to make it simpler to use. Currently
requires proprietary access and editing is too complicated. There are
too many pages and access needs to be simpler. Will ask for proposal
and cost. He knows someone who can do it who is friendly to the
cause.
New Business:
Insurance: Karen -
Monday Sacramento meets at Westminster Pres Church needs coverage for
their meeting. Many 12 step meetings meet there. Church as requested
a CERT of insurance. The cost of insurance is prohibitive at this
time for Intergroup. It has been discussed at World Service level
also and they are unwilling to cover meetings.
Email list for
notification of meetings needs to be expanded to include more people.
Next meeting: March 8,
10am Mandana House, Oakland
Adjourned 2:45
**Reminder: Please keep
delegate envelope circulating at your meeting and return everything
collected in Mid April.**
Respectfully submitted
Joyce D. for Melissa E.
